Please Note:
This is a pre-order item. Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as it
becomes available. If your cart contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may be shipped before or with the pre-order, unless otherwise requested. Orders that contain a pre-order item MUST BE SHIPPED. Local pickup is not available for pre-orders. 

Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate shipping.
This ensures you receive your product as soon as it’s released or restocked.

Here’s how it works:
Payment: Full payment is collected at the time of checkout to secure your pre-order.
All pre-order sales are processed like regular orders and charged immediately.
Shipping Date: Pre-order items will ship by the estimated date given in the description. This date is an estimate and may change due to production or supplier delays.
We’ll notify you if there are any delays.
Combined Orders: If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items may ship before or with the pre-ordered items. Pickup is not available for combined orders.

Cancellations: Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all
sales are considered final due to production planning.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to stock limitations or supplier issues, you
will receive a full refund.
