Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt or All Things Therapy lookup.

Merchandise returned with a receipt of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 14 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.

We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All tags must be attached, and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases *only* if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned to the online store.

Final Sale Policy: Please note that reusable and protective face masks, personal devices from our health wellness assortment, books, and items ending in $.99, and sale items purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

For in-store purchases, returns with a gift receipt may be exchanged or refunded for merchandise credit.
Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
Returning & Exchanging Online & Phone Orders
To return or exchange merchandise purchased on shopallthingstherapy.com or by phone, please follow the easy steps below! Please note, merchandise purchased in our stores can only be returned to a store.
Return labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. However, a $5.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. For a faster refund, please make sure your return label and return slip should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Don't forget to obtain a tracking number and a receipt from the carrier for your records.
Please note: All Things Therapy is not responsible for non-All Things Therapy items shipped back to us in error.

Did you order the wrong size or color? We’ll provide a FREE return label and waive shipping for your new order.

Exchange for a Broken or Damaged Item
We apologize for any unexpected events with your order. If the damaged item is glass or ceramic, please contact us for more assistance. If you are able to repackage and send your item back, review the process for a free exchange in our online returns policy.
Exchange for Wrong Item
We apologize for the error with your order. Please contact us for more assistance, as we would like to review our inventory before an exchange order is placed.
In-store purchases must be returned to the store location. Please note: Merchandise purchased at our stores cannot be returned via mail.
Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, Klarna and All Things Therapy Gift cards issued in USD.
Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but rest assured you will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout will be prorated and applied based on the value of each individual shipment.
Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.
Gift Cards & E–Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be purchased online. E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Gift cards and e-gift cards are available in select amounts from $25.00 to $500.00 USD.
Please note: All gift cards and e-gift cards are only valid for redemption in the currency they were originally purchased.
E-gift cards can be redeemed online.
E-gift cards will be sent to the email address you provide within approximately one hour of your order. You will receive an email confirmation once the e-gift card has been sent. The email will include the recipient’s email address.

Shipping FAQs
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs vary by order total and can range from $6.95 to $15.95. For express and overnight delivery, add $10 and $15, respectively.
When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees.
Occasionally, items may be out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances. In the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you have placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note that this will cancel all quantities of the item from your order. Once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder). Please note that items are only charged to your selected method of payment once they have shipped.
What if my order has shipped, but has not arrived?
Please check the tracking information for the latest updates on your package's whereabouts. If there haven't been any new events after 7 days for standard shipping, or if your expedited shipping has missed the expected delivery date, please contact us.
If your package is marked as delivered, but you have not located it, please check the surrounding areas and allow two business days from the "delivery date" in case the carrier is running behind. Occasionally, packages will be scanned ahead and marked "delivered" before the true delivery.

Backorders
If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.
In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. You do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled.
Cancellations
As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing.
Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
