What is a pre-order?
A preorder reserves your item before production begins. This allows us to prepare inventory based on demand while ensuring you receive your selected design.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 30 days for production and processing. You'll receive an email or text once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Are pre-orders eligible for returns?
Because each preorder is made specifically for our customers, all preorder purchases are final sale unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. LOCAL PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE
